Translation:
Glory to the Sri-Krsna-Sankirtana, which cleanses years of dust from the heart and extinguishes the fire of material life, of repeated birth and death. It spreads the rays of the moon and is the life of all knowledge. It increases the ocean of bliss, and enables us to taste the nectar we are anxious for.
O my Lord, Your holy name alone can render every gift to all living beings. That is why You have hundreds and millions of names, like Krsna and Govinda. You have invested Your transcendental energies in these names and there are no rules for chanting them. O my Lord, out of kindness, You enable us to approach you through these names.
But I am so unfortunate that I have no attraction for them.
Humbly chant the holy name of the Lord. Think yourself lower than the straw in the street, more tolerant than a tree, devoid of all sense of false prestige. Be ready to offer all respect to others. In such a state of mind, chant the holy name of the Lord constantly.
