is conditioned by outside influence. When you have the courage and discipline to look inwards, you begin to distinguish between that
which comes from a place of truth (within the heart) and that which is a reflection of cultures and
societies that shape our thoughts. As the mind quiets in the silence and stillness of meditaion, the heart opens and we experience deeper and broader levels of reality.
